Our Mission
Kairos Global Solutions was founded on a simple observation: hiring experienced accounting talent in the US is expensive and increasingly hard to do, while there is excellent, underused accounting talent in the offshore market. We started Kairos to bridge that gap — pairing skilled onshore and offshore professionals with modern, AI-powered workflows, so technology companies get audit-ready books without the cost or hiring timeline of building an in-house team.
